About the Project
The idea for the Because We Care project stemmed from the experiences I had while on a medical trip in Tanzania and a visit to a small community hospital in Guatemala. Here in the United States, we have readily accessible supplies and resources at our disposal, sometimes we take that for granted, I know I did. Through this project, I have gained a greater sense of gratitude for the supplies and equipment available for medical providers in the United States. I hope you will join me as I work to improve our stewardship of these resources, but also help those in need through the Because We Care Project.
